Join us in learning and practicing, the oldest surviving preventative healthcare system. According to Ayurveda, the mind and body have the intelligence to heal themselves. Our energy is connected to the world around us; therefore, we need to seek harmony with nature and our environment. By studying Ayurveda, we promote the natural flow of energy and produce a state of optimum health and well being. Class is held the second Thursday of each month.
Topics will include Pranayama, Seasonal Eating, Ayurvedic Cooking, Self Care, Cleansing, Ayurvedic Psychology, Body Types (Dosha), Five Element Theory and more. Bring a note book and a willingness to explore and practice what you learn. Tea will be served.
